Mark Haslam Chief Executive Officer
Mark founded DriverTech in 1995. He is an industrial business development expert with 28 years experience developing new business in
the industrial sector, including mining and petroleum (1979-85), food distribution (1986-87), medical (1987-93) and transportation
(1994-2008). Mark holds a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BS in Political
Science/International Relations from the University of Utah.

Brendan Marshall Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining DriverTech in 2006, Brendan spent 20 years in investment finance, strategic management, public and private offerings
with Mercer, Heidelberg Cement, Chiron, Egghead, portfolio companies of Garage Ventures, Sequoia, KPCB, Rustic Canyon Partners, and
Wasatch Ventures (DFJ). Brendan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Bill Bland VP, Business Development, Truckload
Prior to joining DriverTech in 2008, Bill retired from 17 years of service with Qualcomm, where he held positions including VP of
Sales for Strategic Fleets and VP of Business Development.

Scott Lemon VP, Sales
Prior to joining DriverTech in 2003, Scott was the Sales Manager for Center 7. Prior to joining Center 7 in 2000, Scott was a salesman
for Qualcomm, where he was responsible for selling CR England, Dick Simon Trucking, Interstate Distributors Co., System TWT, Gordon
Trucking and Digital Equipment Corp. Scott holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Jim Pumphrey VP, Sales, EMS and Private Fleets
Prior to joining DriverTech in 2001, Jim spent 13 years in industrial engineering, sales and field support roles in power
generation (1988-91), industrial process control (1991-98) and operator interface computers (1998-2001). Jim holds a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Florida.
